Target Kashi Deal

I was hoping to snag 5 boxes of the Heart to heart crackers as that's what I had the highest value coupons for, but the shelves were pretty bare when I got there. So I ended up with:

1 box of heart to heart cereal $2.88
3 boxes of heart to heart crackers $2.84 each
1 box of peanut butter granola bars $2.79

Coupons:
3, $1.50 off heart to heart crackers or cereal
2, $1.00 off any kashi item

Paid:
$7.69

Got back a $5.00 gift card. I'm hoping they'll restock and I can do the deal again using the gift card and 5, $1.50 coupons for a total of $1.70 for 5 boxes of crackers and another $5.00 gift card.

Busy Week=Few Shopping Trips

I've been meaning to head over to CVS to do a few deals, but in all honesty I've been so busy at work I've been getting out late and sleeping in until 10-11am every day this week. Yesterday I bought some Schick Hydro coupons on e-bay (hoping they'll arrive by Saturday so I can do some Target Deals).

This week the hydro is on sale at ShopRite for just $4.99! So I'm planning on doing a price match at Target.

The transaction will look like this:

Buy two Hydros at $4.99 each (price match)
Pay nothing OOP
Get a $5.00 Target gift card for buying the two razors!

Cross your fingers the USPS will come through for me :)

Trip to the mall

Aeropostale Earrings 3pk $10.50 minus $10.00 off any purchase printable=$0.54. The young male cashier looked at the earrings, rang them in and then said, "yeah right on" as he scanned the coupon. I just smiled, and thought to myself, man when did I get so old?, I swear I was the only non-teen in the store.

After Aeropostale we headed to Godiva to snag a free piece of chocolate, gotta love that chocolate club! Probably my favorite key chain scan card.

Target=Cheap cheap Christmas Donations and Free Air Fresheners

How happy was I when my buy 2 get 1 free (hasboro card game) coupon took the price of my monopoly game, $7.00 instead of my monopoly card game $5.54? Super happy. The cashier didn't even have to put in the price, some how the coupon just automatically took off $7.00. Sure it's only a little difference, but it's enough difference that I'll go back later in the week to grab another game to put aside for Christmas toy donations.

Bought:
4 Airwick Air I-motion air fresheners @ $6.00 a piece
3 Hasboro card games @ $5.54 a piece
1 Monopoly board game, $7.00

Coupons:

1, B2G1 free hasboro card games
4, $5.00 off Airwick manufacturers
4, $1.00 off Airwick target (old style coupons, print as many as you want)

Nothing! I had a target gift card. OOP would have been $3.15 ($1.53 of that was sales tax on $43.62 worth of merchandise!) The bottom of my receipt says I saved $82.35 (non-sale prices), SCORE!

Target Trip=Free Deodorant and Body Wash+.$0.16 candles

The target by me is a little hit or miss. Sometimes I get a good cashier that just pushes through all my coupons without any hassles, sometimes they scrutinize every single coupon and fight with me for no reason. Luckily this trip was the former.

Bought:
2 Gillette Clinical Sport deodorants $1.99 each
2 Gillette Body Washes 8.4 oz each $1.99 each
1 Fur Fighter $3.99 (no longer on sale)
1 Dove Sensitive Skin 4 pack with free travel body wash $3.99
3 Glade at $1.66 each
1 Rimmel Mascara $2.34

Coupons:
2, $4.00 off two Gillette body washes or deodorants
1, $1.25 off dove 4pk or larger printable from dove.com
3, $1.50 off glade scented oil candle (found inside tin)
1, $3.00 off any Rimmel mascara from March All you Magazine
1, $4.00 off fur fighter pdf printable

Total
= $2.07($0.81 was sales tax) Yea for overage!

Paid Zero OOP because I had a $5.00 Target gift card from the razor and body wash deals last week

Plus I'll submit for the $5.00 SC Johnson Rebate for one of my lucky sisters.

Target Money Maker

So I headed to Target this weekend to do the Olay body wash/Venus razor deal. I planned to buy 3 Venus razors and 1 fusion razor then use 3, buy a venus get an olay body wash coupons, plus 3, $2.00 off a venus and 1, $4.00 off fusion razor. In theory I would have gotten 3, $5.00 Target gift cards and then would have submitted for the $15.00 olay rebate.

But there were no fusion razors (well there was one that was $4.99, but the scanner did not recognize it as Target merchandise, weird!). So I bought everything as planned thinking maybe I could convince the cashier to give me the gift card since all of the $6.99 fusions were gone. Umm...no. But he did push through the $2.00 off each of the venus razors. I bought the "wrong" body washes that didn't trigger the $5.00 gift card (always, always scan before you buy, I'm not sure what I was thinking). So I ended up only getting one $5.00 target giftcard. I took back the body wash the next day and got the correct washes to trigger the card.

Long Story short, I paid $3.85 for everything in the photo PLUS got a $5.00 Target gift cards. I'll submit for the Olay rebate making this deal a $16.15 Money Maker!
